I tried to switch my old dash bulbs for some new ones, but some of them aren’t working. The bulbs are good, but I get nothing from when I plug them in. Does anyone know how to increase connectivity or how to get them working? The bottom left bulb isn’t working and now the left side of the speedometer isn’t working(not pictured)
if they're LED they quite often only work one direct, I had some cheap amazon LEDs once and they were terrible to get working, and they damaged the contact areas on the back I had trouble going back to OE bulbs even
You need to get the plug between the (194 i believe it is)bulb and the board. I looked into changing mine but haven't done it yet. And check the way you have them installed. Try turning them around to reverse the polarity. I assume they are led.

yes they are from Amazon. They are terrible at getting a connection. I’ve tried wiggling them. Turning them partially, turning them fully or just putting them in. Hopefully I didn’t damage my instrument panel. I ordered some dielectric silicone grease to hopefully improve connection at the connection point.

yes they do work elsewhere. I think it’s a connection issue. Someone at work recommended wrapping the bulb with a thin copper wire to help conduct better.
