I’ve been trying to find out if a 97 dodge ram 1550 with the 5.2 computers brain is interchangeable wit a 99 dodge ram 1500 5.2l in it

Answered this in the other thread as well, but, no. That won't work. 98 or 99 only, and still need to have it flashed to the correct VIN.
