Default Heated seat not working

2001 Ram 1500 Sport
Passenger seat heater works fine. Press the button, light comes on. Seat heats up.

the drivers side is a different story. Press the button. Light blinks a few times then goes off. Seat doesnt heat up.

I looked under the seat and all connections and wires look fine. A large white plug, a small white plug, and a small blue plug.

So, does anyone know which wires should I should check, or what else needs to be checked to get it working.

It's probably sensing an open, or short, in the heating element......

Yes depending which light is flashing its telling you open or short circuit detected in the system. Common area is the connecting from the seat cushion to the seat back. Drivers seat I would highly suspect a failed heater element in the lower as it takes the most use and abuse.
