D44 ball joints change in 2000?

D44 ball joints change in 2000?
I was looking at the Spicer 2001258 ball joint, and according to RA's application guide they fit '94-99 Rams.
Now, I know brakes changed in 2000, but did this affect the ball joints? I thought all D44 ball joints were the same '94-01.
