Default Shifting Problems 2000 Dodge

I have a 2000 Dodge ram 2500 5.9L 24v. I had an issue where around 35 and 45mph at 1200 rpms on flat ground and 1500rpm going up hills it shifts erratically. By this is mean rpms bounce around on flat, and on hills it shifts down and up. I've recently had the transmission worked on, replacing a planetary gear, and general upgrade. I've also gone through about 3 TPS sensors, two of which are aftermarket. The alternator has also been replaced within the past year or two. I run a Smarty tuner on it on level 4, tonight I took off the tune and it persisted but at different speeds but still similar conditions. Any help would be much appreciated.

How much of an RPM bounce are you seeing?

On flat it's less than 100, on hills though it can be about 200. The way to get past it is to go faster or slower

TCC bounce??

Usually, that is indeed a TPS problem....... but, as you have replaced yours... several times..... Hhhmmmm...... Would be interesting to see a graph of TPS voltage when the problem is presenting itself.....
