I replaced my cat and 02's about 15 years ago and used NTK 02's. Not one issue since(truck gets driven every day).
Local parts available are walker or Bosch. NTK are special order.
Might want to look them up RA, When I looked mine up they had an option for different length wires depending on your configuration. And I noticed that parts stores don't stock the good stuff, Probably if they did they would get less return business.

RockAuto (RA) is a great source for parts. I was going to order an NTK O2 sensor from RA for an Acura TL I was working on recently, but I found that the local Advance Auto hub store down the street had a 20% off coupon code if you order the part online, which made the price highly competitive with RA, so I decided to go local with that purchase. Just something to think about when sourcing parts these days...

What really gets me hot is I call the store and ask do you have X in stock, They say yes we do. I drive there to find they DON'T HAVE IT! Then they don't have an explanation of why they told me yes on the phone. It was Auto Zone! And I tried the buy it on line and pick up in store(to get the discount) also. Couldn't buy it on line for some reason so I go to the store. Then tried to charge me the higher price until I made it a bid deal that it wouldn't let me buy it on line. This was NAPA! If you get more than one thing from RA make sure it's in the same location. If it's not they charge you more to ship two packages instead of one. Have to watch them also!

I've pretty much given up on calling any auto parts stores these days. They tend to be short-staffed and I'm used to ordering auto parts online these days. If I'm getting a local part, I typically order it online and go to pick it up at the local store. Luckily, a "hub" store for Advance Auto (a store that carries a ton of inventory that other stores don't stock) is not far from my house. The distribution warehouse for NAPA in this area is clear across town and I haven't had to travel over there for an odd part in years. Typically, I can order any NAPA part online and have it available for pickup at the store closest to me, although I may have to wait for it to come from the warehouse which typically takes a day or two.

With regard to RA, I've run into that issue of ordering multiple parts and having them shipped from different warehouses. That's a hard issue to crack unless you're willing to order parts from different manufacturers and even that doesn't always work. I think RA tries to make some $$$ on shipping using that stocking technique as an excuse..

While waiting on the NTKs, this morning it decided its gonna close the loop and work suddenly. However, when it closes the fuel loop is starts hesitating and backfiring high in the exhaust and bucks.....i floor the gas and it stops and is fine and loop stays closed rest of the drive. Taking it to my master tech guy tomorrow but any ideas or is it still gonna be oxygen sensor related?

I stopped buying from autozone a couple decades ago..... Bought a distributor cap from them, and it failed within a day. Warranty replaced it, that one failed within a few hours, warranty replaced THAT one, it lasted less than five miles. Went to advance auto, bought an accel cap, that one was still on the car when I sold it, several years later....

I tried pricing parts from rock auto, but, when shipping was calculated, it was actually cheaper for me to drive into town, and pay slightly more for the part, but nothing on shipping..... Plus, I had the parts in my hand the same day.....

But, given the number of mergers, buy-outs, off-shoring of production, etc.... Part quality has declined DRAMATICALLY over the years. What once were big-name companies, known for the quality of what they made/sold, or now the same chinese junk that the crap companies were selling. Just slap the same part into a different box, and charge more for it. I am SO glad I no longer have to deal with that on a commercial basis...... I couldn't afford to warranty ANY of my work, as part quality just isn't there.

As stated before, use the NTK sensors as a baseline, as they have been quality sensors that are known to work in these trucks for years. Sometimes, using lesser parts can cause weird unexpected issues.
