I'm still not impressed with the HEMIs. I've raced a few (presumably stock) ones with my V10, and have had no trouble with 'em. And the only performance mod I have is the Mopar PCM [>:] From what I'm told by the few guys I know that own them, they don't get any better mileage than my V10 either.
I'd rather have a HEMI powered car. Less weight...more go! ![Wink](https://dodgeforum.com/forum/images/smilies/wink.gif)

I guess that's what I'm not impressed with. That and how when the V10 powered trucks were out, they got absolutely no press. Yet they were definitely press worthy. And then the HEMI hits the scene, and it's in every add they can squeeze it in. The average person doesn't understand that for the most part, it's just a sales gimmick for the new V8 motors that Chrysler finally developed to catch up with the rest of the truck makers.

oh i want one of the old school hemi's not the new ones. i think the most problem with the new rams is they are heavy sons of a guns. so really they aren't any better than any of our 360's still nearly the same power to weight ratio. at least that's what i've seen. so the v10 probably has a slightly better power to weight ratio then the hemi's do. especially with that new mds thing. bleh if you're gonna buy a hemi you're not buying it for the mpg.
