Definitely appears to be a junkyard PCM..
I think it’s P5B640410AB? I’ll check again in the morning.

How would you tell if it's for California emissions vs a non Ca emissions? I used the #410AB and this came up but doesn't say anything for Ca. Wonder if there is # breakdown in the parts manual?

If you go to the "additional information" tab, it states federal emissions.

Did the V8 Dodge trucks all start using 4 O2 sensors in 2000 or was that just a CA emissions thing?

If you go to the "additional information" tab, it states federal emissions.
I found some info on "federal emissions" per state here.
I looked up a direct fit cat from Magnaflow(Ca emissions). They ask for a EFN#, I tried them both and one looks like the standard cat for non Ca emissions(two 02's). But the other one shows this. What I found interesting is that Colorado has different laws also.
"Converters in this catalog are based on Executive Orders issued by the California Air Resource Board or have been approved by Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment and must be used in accordance with this information. In Colorado, it is illegal to select a catalytic converter for installation based solely on vehicle weight and engine size. Learn more about the Colorado Catalytic Converter law HERE."

Back when they were "testing" nukes in Nevada, Colorado is one of the "downwind" states that got fallout. Now they are enforcing stronger emission laws. It was OK to die from some form of radiation poising but now they are concerned about tail pipe emissions.

Sorry for the delay, got my scan tool a day later than expected (and got my transmission temperature gauge up and running hallelujah) but I have the data.

Oddly enough, I didn’t disconnect the battery terminals or clear any codes but upon startup the P0132 code was gone and instead a P0135 code was pending, according to the scanner. Looks like S1B1 and S1B2 are both jumping between
, nothing stagnant.

Yeah, I'm not seeing anything wrong there.....

The 135 is a heater circuit code..... Could be as simple as an exhaust leak.

An exhaust leak before the sensors yeah? Not after the cats, that wouldn’t have any real effect?

Correct.

Could also be a flaky relay, fuse, or wiring.
