Ac compressor clutch not engaging

What are your pressures? some cycling is acceptable based on operation of the system, but if it ran and shutoff and never ran again, I would guess you are low or high on fill level

It’ll run then switch off then turn back on 5-10 secounds later

Id measure temp at the vents, doesn't sound to abnormal to me

No, it doesn't. Insufficient charge would be my guess. At idle, on a reasonable day, (around 70, or above) the compressor should run constantly. Put some gauges on it, see what they have to say.
