Default 2001 Ram 1500 Fuel Pump Relay Not Getting Ground

I have a 01 Ram 1500 with the 5.9 360 in it. I have diagnosed my fuel pump relay is losing its ground on the exciter circuit. I am looking for guidance as to where the relay gets its ground from. Any advice is much appreciated.

PCM controls the ground..... Try swapping the relay with the horn relay, see if that doesn't improve it's attitude.

i have tryed swapping the relay with multiple relays. No difference. Had the back of relay box apart and all pins tore out for fuel pump relay. Connected pins directly to relay and had ground pin of exciter circuit accidentally touch pin going back to fuel pump and the relay clicked so im assuming it pulled ground threw the fuel pump circuit. So i take it my ground on the exciter circuit is either broken or bad in the ecm

Verify the wire is good between the relay socket, and the PCM.

Do you get spark while cranking? Does the fuel pump prime at initial key on?
