If you have a bad PCM, the issues associated with it certainly make you want to pull your hair out. If I were you, I'd pickup a spare PCM for your vehicle. There should be a part number on the PCM in your truck. Once you have that part number, you should be able to find a good used PCM with a matching part number to your existing PCM via car-part.com. Given the age of my truck, I keep several spare PCMs around.

Update got my truck a week ago been driving it and everything no starting issues or anything issues was the ignition coil resting on tht headers melting said wire

I would advise to throw away the Accel coil. I had one lasted about two years and left me stranded. Junk!
