Do you really hate your transmission and transfer case that much? To say nothing of the engine.... Sure, nitrous is a quick route to more power, at least... for a little while...... Then it's rebuild time, or..... Replacement time... Skip the nitrous, and spend the money you would have on the second, and possibly thrid? rebuild, to get some more power out of the engine. Bear in mind, its a truck..... so if you do 'truck stuff' with your truck, you wanna build for torque, not horsepower.

I do hate my transfer case I’ve busted 3 of them at the tail shaft and it’s my first truck I bout at 14 now 19 and want it to be a monster and the only truck stuff I do with it is mud I have a 24v to do truck stuff with but ya I’d like to make about 500-600 hp and try and get at least 400 maybe 450 wheel and If I blow this motor up I want to put a 440 in it and build it for a pro charger

I take you don't have emissions testing. I think a forged crank stroker kit would be a start. Are you planning on keeping it efi or running a carb?

Keep in mind, ALL of the gauges on your truck are driven thru the PCM...... So, if you eliminate that, you will also need to do something different for gauges.

And if you are breaking t-cases already, how long do you think they are gonna last behind those kinds of power levels??
