Hi there i just go a 94 ram 5.2 manual trans with 35 boggers. I just want to use it for the mud and ranch. it has a 6" lift. i want to invest some money on making this baby tougher. What are the best mods to do and that get the most power without having to bore out or supercharge. any info would help also what would generate the most hp or torque. (headers, msd offroad, wires, carb, jet chip or what) Thank you.

94-95 do not have a hypertech programmer availible for them, you could get the chip from jet, but the price tag doesnt seem worth it to me (300 bucks for 25 horse)
You may want to put a cold air intake on it to help it breathe easier, and headers to make it exhale easier (did long tube headers come out for a 4 x 4 yet?), I always did belive though a good spark gives the engine more power, so maybe give it a new ignition system
Try dragging your mouse though www.moparts.com
Your running into the same problems I am, 94 rams have fewer options availible to them than there later counterparts, almost everything for decent power gains has to be done from internals such as the cam, heads, stroking, that sorta fun stuff.

Welcome to DF!
check this thread out... some good info here. plus look at the FAQ at the top. 1st thing id do is swap the timing chain, fix the plenum and swap the heads. then you'll have a good foundation for mods. hughs engines has a nice set of heads that out flow the r/t's and are cheeper.

same here heard jet chips are crap... but only on trucks that have a hypertech for an alternative... if that ship is the only option it may be worth it...
like steve said... have a good foundation to start with is always a plus... after this trip of mods im doin next week im gonna have the heads on the to do list
as far as i know the long tubes havnt come out our 4X4's yet and have been in the works for damn near 2 years ... who knows when theyll come out.... intake and exhaust will help along with a 50mm TB ,,, 1.7 RR's will free up a nice chunk of hp and tq...

Well most of the things that arent available for the 94s are the computer mods other than that much of it is the same. Personally I would say bang for the buck would be headers aftermarket cat ( stock one blows) and exhaust along with cold air intake, fastman tb and a mopar performance pcm which is actually cheaper for the 94s and make a very noticable diffrence especially with a cam and good heads. Have fun muddin after that
