no my truck has never been programmed for the supercharger and has been running for almost 2 years now not that i wouldnt like to get my computer reprogrammed but being that it is around $400 to get it done it doesnt really make sense to do it now instead of waiting until i am a little closer to being done with mods before i do get it programmed and i dont even have an extra $400 laying around right now my first priority is to pay off my credit cards for what i already have but yes i do know that there are many things that i should do to get it all running perfect but hopefully im not the only one that has to buy one thing at a time

Do you have an fmu referencing boost off the manifold and increasing fuel pressure threw a secondary inline fuel pump?

 

theres just the powerdyne inline fuel pump, supposedley good enough but its powerdyne so who knows and then i added the 24# injectors after them telling me to leave the 19# and getting detonation

i had to drive a little ways out of town today so i tested everything out and gunned it up to 100 before slowing down and there was no detonation all seems good and getting back on the interstate i got the truck to over 90 from a stop before getting in the lane at all just a normal length onramp if that means anything at all i love the sound of the exhaust though i dont know what i was thinking with just the cat-back and with the sound of the supercharger grrrrr thats all i can say

 

No fmu but you have an inline, I wonder if its increasing pressure all the time?

an SS silverado is not Supercharged... The newest one is a 6.0l highout put making the same horsepower as the 5.7L Hemi ram... The only really impressive performance piece on the truck is a full time AWD system on it which means he will hook pretty well but you should be killing him...

 

haha.. well it takes me coming down onto the ramp about 35-40 pretty much the whole ramp to get up to highway speed.. around 65-70. from a dead stop it'd be a turd trying to get on the highway. sure wouldnt mind being supercharged

 

hemi's are really quick.. with only a 3 speed tranny they can run up to 50+ in 1st gear! and with 345 hp thats 125 more then a 5.2 ram

 

SS Silverado's aren't factory supercharged, but this guy has an aftermarket. Watch his video's he races a supercharged single cab hemi and nitrous quad cab hemi.

20dodgeram01, as ram sport96 said the SS silverados do not come stock with a supercharger. However you can get certain aftermarket superchargers that are warranty approved such as magnacharger. Also the hemi ram is a 5 speed but with CAI and muffler I can get to 75-80ish ona freeway onramp.

ramsport96, SS silverados came with AWD until 06, the 06 and 07 SSS only comes in 2wd.
