defenatly...if your losing that much power even with a charger on it... your cat could be plugged .. wrecking your heads... im confused why youd put a charger on it and still keep the stock cat... if anything id go with a magnaflow highflow cat... i got one and it rocks... if you have access to a temp gun... check the inlet and outlet temps of the cat ...the outlet should be hotter then the inlett....if it is then it should be fine..if there the same or opposite... hot in cold out..then you got a bad cat and should be swapped out ASAP

if it isnt that could be a number of things... if you seeing a steady decrease in power..especially with them mods you have already, id suspect the timing chain...notoreous for stretching over time..and adding a charger on it would stress the timing chain even more...if its a stock on..assuming it is b.c you didnt mention it being new or aftermarket... ALSO you need to check the plenum gasket,,,also really known to go bad and, your boost could be effecting both of these problematic parts.... a new double roler timing chain and a plenum gasket upgrade/fix would be the place to start...... the tming chains come of the factory with a nylon coating to keep noise down and wear out prematurley... and to check if you plenum is bad... take off the TB and peek inside the intake with a mirror and check for pooling of oil .. if so.. then that is bad... both easy to replace...

do a search for both items plenum gasket and timing chain and youll find alot of info about replacing these and what companys to go with

hope this helps!!!

also ... i bet either a cam or a set of 1.7 RR's would awaken your motor right quick and in a hurry,,,surpised though that the supercharger isnt doing much for you

Im with the rest, cat, plenum and possibly headgaskets. Headers, ypipe and hi flow cat are needed for sure. Blowers work a lot better the faster you get the exhaust to exit. Let it breathe and she should wake up a fair bit.

7psi intercooled and mine can smoke most stock Vettes Cant wait till I can run full boost
