noise when cutting wheel

Default noise when cutting wheel

ive been hearing a grinding noise in the front end of my truck when i cut the wheel mainly to the right is when i hear it but it will happen sometimes when i fire it up and its cold when i put it in gear does anyone know what this is?

Sounds to me like some tire rubbing. Mine did that when I first got it and couldn't fifure out what it was. Rubs on my lower control arm drivers side

check out the wheel bearings. If it is a 4wd check the u-joints on the end of the axles.

check your front axle u-joints too while your under there ive had bad luck with them

when my wheel bearing went out it started squeeking for about a week and than splat out on the side of the highway on the 3rd of july (good luck finding parts on the 4th)

Im going to guess that its a u-joint binding up, maybe replace those first as they are the cheapest, and the wheel bearings are super easy to get to at anytime
