Yes you will need to do all that stuff. I guess what I dont like is the gap it leaves betweened the body and the frame, when you do a suspention lift just looks more profesional.

One again good kits come with all that stuff. They really do come with everything you need 
A very small amount of welding is involved so if yours doing it yourself like I did have a somebodu who can weld around.
