(Wipes off drool)... Dropped by the dealership this morning, and happened to walk by the showroom. Inside I saw a beautiful thing. A burgundy '06 Ram SRT... in a quadcab! What a sweet looking rig. The snake under the hood, but in a 4-door version, and a 8000# towing capacity. Now Dodge is thinking. At $52K, it's not much more than a regular 2500/3500, for what you'd get.

Now, if they would just make a Power Wagon with a CTD.

Everytime i stop by the dodge dealership here in Nashville I drool, and want to stop in, but god knows all i'll do is trade in the 2nd gen for a 3rd gen and owe them 35k...

I want a hemi =/

 

after my 2gen is paid off i dont know what i wanna go to next... either a CTD or a hemi... either way its gonna be a 3gen sport .. not sure if wanna go the 4X route in the hemi... i already have a 4X 2gen and ill never ever ever sell it... ill keep rebuilding the motor and buying new trannys ... never gonna sell it... a good start for my collection

what did they say for that CTD you looked at?

 

They told me $36,800 over the phone. Nada books it out for $32,500 with 10k miles. (It has 8k). We'll see what they say in person tonight.

ok wen you say its a quad cab do you mean it has 4 doors like all the outher 3rd gen rams or did they finaly get smart and bring back the quad cab like in our 2nd gens?

99.9% sure the "quad cab" for the SRT-10 is the same as all of the other new rams.

yah i was kinda dreaming that dodge came to there sences on that one.. guess its too good to be true
