ok this is what i was told by the tire store intown.. anything bigger than 265's on these trucks will rub at full lock. if you do run at full lock you will cause rubbing and tire damage. i spent 750 on my tires like hell i want to rub them and cause damage and have to replace that ****.

I have the stock chrome dodge wheels and I had 285/75R16 wild country radials on it with no rub even at full stop now that I have a two inch leveling kit with 315/75R16 Buckshots everyone said they wouldnt work but the only place they rub is full stop.

whoever told you that anything over 265s wont fit has no clue what their talking about. lots of people on here are running 285s or bigger on stock rims and whatnot

 

i just bought 285 75 16 terra grapplers, i was told not to go much bigger on my 7.5 in stock rim. i hope they are big enough

 

Has anyone had 35" tires on a 3 in lift? I was looking at doing the top gun customs 3" lift on my 99 sport quadcab, and was told that i could fit 35" tires with out rubbing, But i have also heard they would rub. If so, how much lift would i need to run 35's? Thanks

 

i know a guy with a 3 inch body lift running 315's.. (34 and a half or something like that) and it rubs at full turn.. i have the 3 inch rough country lift but am thinking about getting a 2 or 3 inch body lift 1st before i get the 35's just so it wont rub
