oh wait a minute... you said 1/2 a tank, 70 miles could be all you may get when your going from 1/2 a tank. mine sucks it down like there is no tomorrow once it gets to 1/2 a tank.

sorry, I was thinking you filled it up.

I was thinking that too. Right now I'm at a 1/2 a tank with like 180 miles on it I think. The last 1/2 of the tank I'll get 100 if I'm lucky, probably like 80 only. Just the way the sending unit is, its like that on most cars.

Can't stand that. No one around here has been doing that yet, and they better not start. Some people are so low class.

Yea i got a 5.9 and i got 200 to the first half of tank, and im at just under 1/4 left with 240 miles on it. That 2nd half sucks.. probably b/c the tank is curved so the there is less gas than the 2nd half of the tank can hold.

i used to know that explanation.. its common on almost all vehicles... gas mileage sucks after the last half.. i cant remember why ... its a simple reason.. of course i cant remember

steelin gas? man i never thought of that .. ****..

well im glad i carry a extra length of 2.25 exhaust pip in the box.. and my conceal/carry permit may come in handy... starring down a barrell usually changes alot of situations into my favor
