Well it isn't for my truck but can you built one for a 2wd like my truck is. I want to make something to make the truck kick posi instead of buy a locker and without welding the spider gears. I'm actually a really good welder but I don't want to lose my truck in a slick curve. Can it be made for a 2wd to make it kick posi?

are all of them such and such .com or is there a special website for them? I'd like to buy a locker just to goof around with like kick a doughnut or two lol. I'd like to make my truck a posi because I'm tired of the single track burnouts.

Well which one would I want to buy. A total locker or a limited-slip? You seem to know many things about them so tell me what I should get. Its for a 95 1500 318 5 speed. What do I need?

An auburn posi is one of the posis I wuld get, Detroit makes a Posi with helical gears (which is the way to go). out of the two I would go with the detroit just because it is helical gears and they wont wear.

But I would pick a detroit locker over all of them. Its proven and its tough. than and when it locks up its 100%traction to both sides not 60/40 like a posi.
But the posis are more road friendly and you wont get a clunk when it unlocks and locks. You'll have to learn how to drive with a locker. The posi will be barely noticable.
