I have the catco and i love it. Alot of guys here run the magnaflow and love it. Personally i went with the catco because i was a little short on cash but desperatly needed a new cat so i figured id get the cheap one and swap it out later but now that i have the catco i found out i really liked it and it is staying in there.

As far as I know, CatCo and MagnaFlow are the same company.

Yeah they are socha. The only difference is magnaflow is claimed to be a little better quality more for performance. Catco is basically their cheaper version of the products

I gutted mine and left the shell intact. ( In case of a DMV visual) Man, you got to hear my flowmaster catback now. I ordered and installed a post o2 simulator from jegss. Its listed as part # "182-104042 Mopar 1997 - 02 with one post ( after the cat) o2 sensor for $65.99. I clocked about 100 miles and no CEL light. In NJ they just check the computer for 96 and up vehicles. No cel = Passing inspection. I plan on restoring the cat, just ain't got the money or time to do it right now. I luv the flowmaster sound though....
