Default Need help with value, Truck needs to go...

Well, I was hoping to fight this off, but I can't any longer....
my truck needs a new home...

I also need help on a value as it is all OVER the place depending on what site you look at....

1998 Dodge Ram 1500 Sport
89,000 miles
4wd
5.9
automatic
long bed
std cab
pwr locks
pwr windows
factory keyless entry
3" lift
285/75/16 (33")tires (less than 5000 miles on them) AT's
clear markers
AFE Cold air intake system
NEW flowmaster 3" system
AAR Cuda style stripes
Nerf Bars
Husky floor mats
New Rear lifetime Chrome bumper

New waterpump, hoses(even the hard to get short one), t-stat, plugs,wires, cap, rotor

AC needs charged, didnt bother last year.....
Need help with price, I see it running about 15400 or so on NADA which is what is usually used aroundhere...
I've been hammering payments on it.. would be HAPPY to get 11500 obo, am I in the ballpark? Pics are old, need updated thing shave changed.....since the pic, clear markers, factory roof lights, nerf bars, etc.....

Hmm, that woudl be cool, but, I think I am gonna end up around 12,000 obo...it has a few body flaws, nothing major, but, I dont have time to fix everything right now...

No offense to mdoffraod but Sinister if you think that is worth 14k I have an 01 ext cab 4x4 sport with only 50k miles that looks great that I would sale for $15,500 to ya.

Kelly Blue Book retail on the 98 is around $8500-9000 depending on all exact options. Usually KBB is a little lower than NADA from what I've heard but I'd say he will be lucky to get over $9k out of it.

right buyer and you'll get 14k out of it.. a general buyer just looking for another ride you'll get 10k out of it. dealer price you'll get SQUAT (if you trade it in).

1996 my parents went to trade in their 91 subaru that had something like 60k miles on it nearly perfect shape. dealer wanted to give them $600 for it. yeah they walked away.

Well, I think its gonna end up at 12,000 Obo pretty much the way it sits, only thing I didnt include,is teh IPF lights, which willbe replaced with Hellas's
