Default Nerf Bars for Club Cab...

Hello, all...it's been awhile, I know. Can anyone provide any info on where to get chrome nerf bars for a '97 Club Cab? I see them everywhere for the quad cab style, however, I would prefer to have the right bars for my style of truck. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Club cab nerf bars and quad cab nerf bars are the same thing....because the trucks are the same. That's why the part #s for the bars are always the same. A quad cab just has 2 extra doors for easier access to the back seat.

Here's a listing http://www.truckcustomizers.com/category/-BM-SM.html

I would recomend the stainless nerf bars...I had chrome ...they lasted about 6 months before they started rusting. They took them back and i upgraded to stainless and these have been on the truck for 4 yrs and look the same as the day i put them on.

That's right, the Club Cab bars only have one step pad area whereas the Quad Cab bars have two. Chopper1, I like the stainless bars. Do you know if the E*** bars come with all the mounting hardware, or do you have to find that somewhere else?

Depends on the bar...some are exactly the same as the quad cabs...like the DeeZee bars.

Okay, I didn't realize that. I would prefer to have the single step pad in the stainless. Thanks, though, for the help everybody.

i would think you would want the pad in both places so you can stand on it when your washing your truck

I'm sure they come with the hardware. Do some research on the seller and or website. I haven't bought from them. It was just a couple that came up from a quick search.

Tani. the extra pad would be good if I were 7' tall. At 6'1", I still open the door and stand in the floor to reach.
