a suspension lift lifts the entire truck up.. a body lift lifts the body off the frame.. and leaves the suspenson ride height the same.. cheap way to get a few extra inches and a bigger looking truck
yes but when someone asks what kinda lift u got and u say suspension and you installed it there like wow, what a hard worker, and what a nice real lifted truck, when u say body lift there like, o those hocky pucks u stuffed underthere real safe eh?, idk i am biased towards susp.
yeah.. thats why im trying to figure out a way to get a 6 inch suspension lift without actually going out and buying 1 for over 1500 bucks.. i can reuse my 3 inch spacer and get 3 inch coils.. now i just need the extra brackets and all for a 5-6 inch lift
well with bigger tires the milage goes down. that can be counter acted by getting it regeared. there also is a point at hiway speeds where you will loose alittle because of the hight and how your loosing some of your arodinamics.
I thought if you had higher gears its worse milage, for example, say we both have 265's and you have 3.55 and I have 4.56 gears, my milage would be worse?

You don't necessarily have to put on bigger tires if you have a lift do you?
