Default TB adjustment?

A little while ago I sold my 82 chey 1/2ton...wimper wimper....When i first got the truck i had the carb rebuilt. The guy told me i my have to do some adjusting to the mixture. Well i am waiting on my Fastman TB to arrive any day now, and was wondering when i change my Throttle body out will there be any "adjusting to it" or what? i'm just full of questions.

throttle bodies on these trucks only let air in. the computer controles fuel mixture, and injector rate , so therefore there is no adjustment. just slap it on and go. maybe wanna change out the iac while your at it....

Idle air control valve. it's the motor/valve on the back of the throttle body. controls the idle speed at 625~650 rpms.

isn't the fastman's throttle bodies just modified stock ones? so everything should just bolt right back on when you do the swap? just curious cause my old roommate had some issues with doing that.

yes it is a stock TB modified. everything bolts up. you must however make sure you have the right linkage for the throttle cables...

They are just modified stockers, and they do just bolt right back on
