Definitely watch for that scew, I busted mine off getting ahead of myself on a 98' half ton I had.

 

... and do NOT use a screwdriver to try to pry it away from the face of the dash. I had mine off 3 or 4 times (using only fingers) with no problems. Then I had a leaking heater core so I went to the dealer for mainenance. BIG MISTAKE. They cracked the bezel in two places taking it off. Their excuse ... well ... the sun's real hot around here and those things get weak. Really? Weak? I can see where they used a screwdriver as a PRYBAR and cracked the stupid thing.
