congrats silver dodge. thats not too bad for a PCM.....and the PCM wont effect my hypertech programming? and do the truck model years have to match?
Truck and model years have to match (unless you have a 93/94/95), and you use it INSTEAD of your hypertech. You don't use them together

You can use your Hypertech with your Mopar PCM, but it will not do you any good versus using it with your stock PCM. The way the Hypertech works is that it saves your stock program to the hand held, and replaces it with the Hypertech program. So doing that with the Mopar Performance PCM would only save the performance PCM settings to the handheld, and put the Hypertech program on there, same as before. Either way, whether running a stock PCM or a Mopar PCM, once you install the Hypertech, your using the Hypertech settings only.
