Default cab and bed alignment

Here is something about my truck that is minor, but bugs me. It was in an accident several years ago and eaither the cab or the bed shifted a little. No frame damage. A few weeks ago I put the body lift on and tried to correct it but soon realized that it is much easier said then done. Does anybody know any tricks or have any insight on how to align the two.

The wheels on the drivers side stick out a little farthur then the pasenger side. I guess it seems logical to loosen everything up and move it over. The bed is easy, but how do I do the cab? As far as I know the only measerments you can use are the cab to bed spacing and the wheel to fender spaceing.

Ant thoughts? ideas?
