yes, place them on a firm surface, and proceed to make adjustments using an adjustment tool similar to this one

Mine are coming in tomorrow as well. I will be installing them this weekend. If no one has any advise, Ill see what I can do. I have installed projectors and HIDs on my other car. I had to rig up my wiring harness for that install, so we will see.
