dont think you'll see any noticable diffrence.. maybe 10-15 more miles to a tank.. your best bet is re-gearing to atleast 4.10's

I've haven't noticed enough any real difference in mileage with my Superchips. It gives a little extra hp but as for mileage I never kept good enough track to see any difference, so if there was any it was small.

Honestly, you don't drive a truck with 35s for the gas milage.

the only way you will bring up your gas mileage even a little bit is some 4.56 gears.

Agreed ^^^^ Change to AT least 4:10 ratio gears, though 4:56s would be better.

Hey, speaking of gas mileage, mine truly sux. My tires are listed below and don't wanna go smaller. I've installed truck plugs, top grade wires, new cap and rotor plus a KN drop in. Due to another recent problem she sits until I can determine the location of a missing aeresol straw so haven't been able to check mileage since those upgrades. My tires aint huge but I have a 3:55 rear, would changing anything there help? I drive about 50/50 city/highway. Any improvement helps these days.

Your tires actually ARE pretty large for 3:55s. But the thing you have to remember is that changing gears is around $500 PER axle. You'd be better off changing tires for that kind of cash...that is if you're not attached to the tire size you're currently running.

I posted a tire/speed/gear chart in another forum.

If you stay with 33 inch tires, you can run 3:92s or 4:10s and I believe you'll see a difference.

I've done most of your mods...and normal mileage for me is right at 10mpg....all my mods have increased power.
