I just want to be clear on your procedures. Is the truck engine running while you are beating the **** out of the cat?.......LOL. It would be very very interesting to run a stock truck on the dyno that has average milage & maintenance and read the exhust emission out put. Pound the guts out of the cat as discribed. Tune the engine and computer to 14.7 : 1 at highway RPM and take another read. My opinion is that a well tuned engine will be better for the gray owels than the condition of the average Joe's converter.
Tell SOCAL not to put their parkas and snowmobile suits away just yet.....LOL
