yes, you slide the grommet around the pump and the white piece that acts as a screw (what the guy is hitting with the screw driver) is supposed synch everything down to provide a good seal to prevent gas leaks i guess, but I couldn't get it to tighten with the grommet on...

Rollover valve:
the rollover valve is a different story, i couldn't get that little hose to connect for the life of me... as mentioned before
thats what it looks like, except the little black piece that the hose slides over, isn't nearly as long as that one, in fact it barely reaches the edge of the grommet on the actual device
and yes, that's what the pump looked like to a tee.. the old one was literally brown from the gas and new one was pearly white
