1999 Sport 4.5" lift?

Hey all,
I have a 1999 Sport 1500 with the Rancho 3" spacer lift. If I bought some "Off Road" package springs and installed them, I would get about 1.5" more additional lift? Is that right?
What other things would I need to add these springs to my lift? I know at 5" of lift, it is recommended to get a trackbar bracket, and a pitman arm, but who's brand and where would I go to get them if you think I need them for the 4.5" of lift I would then have?
Also should I change shocks too or are the RS 5000's that came with my 3" lift tall enouh for a 4.5" lift too?
