40 series delta flows quieter than original 40's inside the cab, go to www.flowmastermufflers.com, they have alot of info, plus sound clips

consider your truck... if your a QC 4x4, stick with dual 2.25" out if you go bigger, you'll loose too much bottom end and mpg along with it.

that may work for a little truck with a big motor but not the ram 4x4's or 2x4 QC's... you loose too much low end

yeah i figured you were. if he's doing the install himself then he can try it. when I installed my flowmaster, I had the 3rd cat outlet opened up. fired it up and let it warm up. one of my kids came out to see what the rucus was and asked her how she liked the new exhaust... as I was reving it up... "dad, your kidding right?" lol man it was loud!

Im lucky I got fed spec and only have 1 cat. I recently gutted it and had no muffler on there, it sounded so crazy loud, I drove it thru town and would rev it at people and they turned like they were about to get hit, one old guy jumped to the side. I loved every second of it.
