Default AEM Brute Force

Hey guys, I recently found on JC Whitney that they had the AEM Brute Force CAI for 202. So I bought it. Has anyone else here tried it on our gen II rams? I'll post pics and tell you how the butt dyno feels when it gets here.

Great price for 202. I have one and I'm very pleased with the Brute Force as well as the performance gain. Works very well with good headers and exhaust system. Enjoy the intake. It is a very good product, especially for our 2nd generation Rams.

well bc, seem's like we have near the same setup minus the exuast and headers (next on my list). THanks for the feedback. Notice any gains in mpg?

With my current mods, I went from 10.1 mpg to 11.7 mpg. Before any mods, my truck was really slow off the line and it dragged. Took a lot for it to get moving. Now it breathes a lot easier and I can definitely feel more power in the low and mid range and also better throttle response. The intake, exhaust system, and headers really opens up the engine and I'm very pleased with these mods. Good luck with the headers and exhaust system. You will notice a difference in power as well as mpg.

I use it on my 95' Ram CTD. I get the flow from it with no problem.

I just got it today and installed it. I had to move a few things around and problem solved a few more. THe intake is FREAKIN AWESOME> My little 96, 2WD, 5.9L ext. cab takes of like it's bat out of hell and just is so fast. I love it and recommend it to any and everyone. I'll post pics soon.

Here are some pics of mine. Its kinda dirty..... the whole engine bay is filthy, as I live in one of the dustiest sh|tholes on earth [:@]. It definitely looks great, much better than the boring stock unit. I didn't really notice any gains, except maybe a little extra mpg. It should help a bit more when I put some headers in, and possibly a new TB.
