I get code 9. High resistance or open circuit to the speed sensor.
I checked the wires between the speed sensor and the brake controller. Checked fuses and terminals for corrosion and dirt. Everything was good. I guess the speed sensor might be failing sometimes. So i'll replace it and see what happens. If not i'll just remove the light bulbs and pass my safety inspection that way (did it before on my Grand AM with abs and brake light on!)

Do you have 2 or 4 wheel ABS?

2 wheel. But grounding pin 13 also works for 4 wheel abs. But the codes would be different I assume.

Well, at least that leaves you with only the one sensor to deal with.

True, but now I also have to deal with a DRL issue before I can pass safety insp.
