Check your plenum gasket while you have the TB off. Look down the intake manifold and see if theres alot of oil in the bottom. A small film is normal, but not excessive amounts.

What he said^^^ About $35. You could also get a can of spray carb cleaner and clean your Throttle Body while you are at it. If you haven't done it, a tune-up with a new distributor cap & rotor, plugs, and plug wires would probably benefit you too. Just don't buy platinum plugs..... Check your air filter for dirt, and you could add a little bit to performance by adding a K&N or Fram AirHog drop-in filter. About $50

YO! YO! YO! BEFORE YOU GO SPRAYING THAT TB READ MY POST ABOUT LOSING THE SPRAY STRAW DOWN THE TB INTO THE INTAKE! It was recommended to me by most people in here to REMOVE the TB to clean it and all associated parts. Ended up removing the intake to find it (the lil' bugger was in there, just about wanting to enter the head), doing a plenum fix while I was there, timing chain (why not, already into it), upper, lower and bypass hoses, t-stat and antifreeze. All because I tried to do a quick job.........................

This quote is from the link I gave him from the "stickys" on the top of the page........
The proper way to clean your throttle body is to remove it from the engine (you'll need a small pan, some compressed air, and a new throttle body gasket for this procedure)

How can I tell if I need to replace the IAC and MAP or just clean them up while I have the throttle body off?

I wouldn't replace either one of those just yet - replace the TPS and follow the directions on the previous link on how to properly clean the tb. You should be fine. Clean the IAC plunger with cleaner on a rag, and spray cleaner in the hole it came out of.
