PA, did you ever dothat write-up for the Transgo kit?
Shift kit i used TFOD-HD2 , This shift kit you only install with the trans already part , im gonna shy away from giving the rebuild cause if you dont have good skills , can easy screw it up , even with good skills and in a rush you could burn something up...LOL

Hmmm, is this a sign something is going in my transmission. After starting my truck up in the mornings when it goes to shift into 2nd from 1st it kinda stumbles. You can feel and hear it, like it goes to shift, but doesnt, and then it does. But after that first or second time thats usually it. Could it be just because it's not warm in the mornings yet and the cold is affecting it?

I have a 2001 with 360 and my wife has 2007 with 4.7.My tranny shifts real crisp and quick and hers doesn,t,why does mine have a crisper shift in all gears.
