Default need plug wire to dist. diagram! prob solved!

woke up this morning, my camaro broke down! so i got in the ol' trusty dodge ram! and it broke down too. was getting multiple misfire codes from computer. checked my cap and rotor and the cap was really loose, so i went and bought a new cap and rotor, installed it, with much fustrastion, not my truck will not start, im 90% sure i got the plug wires in the right spots, the new cap didnt seem to fit too well just like the old one.
does anyone have a spark plug wire to dist. diagram? or know how i could check to see if my wires are in the right spots?

I would make sure you got the right cap. If its not fitting right it could be the wrong one. Also I would pull the cap and see if the rotor is making contact eith the points. You will see some scuffing on the points if its getting contact.
Just trying to help rule things out.

its the right cap, identical to the old one, the old rotor was totally burned up, new rotor fit right on there, cap, had trouble lining up the bolt holes, finally got both bolts to catch but were tight and tough to turn. got everything back together, truck took a min of cranking, then started, then died, cranked, started, dies right after works, then would not start at all just kept turning over.

when it started was it running bad or good. still flipping codes or was it not running long enough? i might bench test your coil, they should tell you in your chilton what spades to test for what ohms
