Try lighting the seat on fire that'll warm yu up.
Have u checked to see if the ducts have blockage or maybe even a break in them .

heat will blow out of the ducts for a min then get cold. the air is blowing, just not warm. if i turn the heater off for like 5 minutes, then back on, the air will be warm but only for a min. if i rev up the engine i can hear like bubbley sound from the heater core but its not leaking anywhere.

If the coolant end of things is good, then perhaps a blend dorr or vacuum servo is bad.

You can switch from defrost to vent to floor, etc with no problem? If you're on vent, it stays on vent? Does it ever fade off or switch seetings on it's own?

Good luck with your ride.

im not sure with dodges but some cars have a bleeder screw that you open and the air wheezes out .if it doesnt run it check the fluid levelin radiator the air should go to the highest point after a couple of runs. keep adding to the radiator untill its full and doesnt change

Are you using a 50/50 mix of coolant to water? You're positive that the heater core is not blocked? Did you change your water pump at all? Perhaps your thermostat is malfunctioning. They can be bad right out of the box.........

No chance air is trapped?

Sounds like everyone is stumped.....lol. Are you losing coolant at all?

Keep up posted

Good luck with your ride.
