I can't justify the price of a of Detroit's and ARBs. I know more people running Aussie's and Richmond's then anything else which are alot cheaper. I've also never know any of them that blew them apart. I know a guy who cracked the carrier and the Richmond was still fine. I'll take the clicking over an over priced Detroit. The clicking just shows you mean business[8D]

Now if I was going to build a tube buggy that was gonna get the literal **** beaten out of it, Detroit all the way. Its just preference and fund available.

I've had a trutrac in mine since June of this year with 4.56's. It acts about the same as a factory posi set up while driving. Less likely to blow apart though. Pulls a 16 foot enclosed trailer with no problems.

I have an Ox up front and an Auburn in the rear. The Auburn is super quiet with enough additive in it. I really like them both.

noise comes with strength. if you want the absolute strongest components, expect to hear them frequently, and feel them. smoothness usually means something is slipping, not the best for reliability.

Hey All,
new to this forum. Great FAQ section that helped me with the plenum gasket.

I run a true lock in the front axle. Limited in the rear. Great for around town and pulls me out of anything I need to do with the truck.

Take care,
P
