i have a club cab and went on a hunt for the same thing. found a box for the clubcab/extended cab at crutchfields
http://www.crutchfield.com/S-maE0FXE...p;I=236DRX20UG
this is for a 95 -02 cab. it fits under the rear seat.where the storage box is.and it's out of sight.

Got my 12" in a JL stealth box, goes between the front seats. Plenty of mirror shaking thump for me

Yeah, stealth box replaces it, and get covered with the OEM upholstry. Unless your sitting on it, you'd never knowit was there, till I turn it on that is, LOL.Go to JL Audio and check out their stealthboxes, then wait for one to show up on ebay so you don't pay JL's ridiculous prices.
