Default Bilstein shocks

Got the new shocks today but havent installed them yet, did a quick measurement to see If they would fit, they are an exact match, so that puts that question to rest. Now If they perform like everyone says we should be good to go.................

Ok, all shocks and steering stabilizer are installed, what an amazing difference these shocks made, I had no idea, or I would have done it a long time ago. Install went really good and everything fit like a glove, so If you hear they don't fit its a myth.

I first noticed less leaning when turning a corner, then on bad sections of road that usually make my truck bounce, was very smooth and couldnt tell the road was bad. All in all I believe these shocks are gonna do the job well, hit some pretty good size bumps and the shock was much less than what it normally was.

And I used an impact so nothing will come loose, and also a word of advice when you do the install, the bottom front are a tight fit due to the built in metal spacer, but they do fit, no need to grind spacer down, just use a little lubricant and work it down from the top, also having a friend handy to help compress the front shocks down would be nice, I didnt but I managed.

Next time, pull the front tires and hang the axle. Makes it a lot easier.
