I was thinking of just doing a single in/out and turning it straight down, I have heard of it being done, but I don't know if it would pass inspection here. I know they don't do emissions in WV so I dunno. I heard it sounds really good too, any opinions?

I got the 40 series with 2 1/4in pipes and tips installed for 250. he was going to put some 3" tips that were about 2 1/2 feet long but I said they would be to loud I wanted something smaller. I just want a good deep rumble. Will tell you more after I pick it up.
Did you get it installed for $250 including the parts? Now that sounds pretty good, i´m in the hunt for some pipes myself and i dont know what kind i should get, i looked at summitracing.com and they have a couple but its so hard to choose.

Sorry guys been out of town. Yes 40 series single in duel out $250 for muffler, piipes, and installed. They are not lous to me at all. Just a nice rumble. 97 I think if you turn it straight down it would be loud inside. I would run them out the side. Blow their doors off. BTW where in WV I am orginally from Nicholas Co. Live in NC now.
