If I remember right, it's takes an allen bit, not sure if it's metric or standard.Try driving in a slightly different size bit with a little heat. If no go may have to drill through it with some grease onadrill bit to keep metal shavings from falling into case. Go slow and keepwiping off grease/metal shavings, then regrease bit and continue. Drill it to sizefor an easyout, tap it in then add a little heat.Carefully turn easyout to remove.Use an easyout that has the reverse twist shank, then it will bite harder as you turn it out.

dodge calls for ATF fluid to be used in the transfer case. some people use regular gear oil with no problems, but it is normal for yours to have ATF
