replacing front shocks?

Default Im replacing my stock shocks with fox smooth body shocks

How do i compress the shocks enough to get the tower bolted down??? Whats the easy way to do that

With the right angle, you should be able to compress them by hand. If that doesn't work for ya, jack up the truck by the frame, to give you a bit more clearance.
