Sorry to say it, but for that price, you got what you paid for!

Yepp, tired the same thing, it fits, after some modification wich include shortning , but it dosentseal upagainst the throttle body anyway since the material is of such a bad quality at least the one i got, just look at the welds inside it. It´s just cheap ****. i got a K&N instead, cost a whole lot more, but it´s worth it.

I noticed how poorly it was going to seal against the TB. I'm just going to get a K&N replacement till I get the $$ to buy a true intake (waiting for wife approval). I have to say the aluminum on thisintake is nice, to bad the seal and the bolt is screwed up.

Oh well, like I said, I seen other posts regarding this intake and people asking questions, just thought I would give my 10 cents as a warning.

I have the same intake and, for what I paid, I expected it to be crappy. I made mine work but I'll get rid of it as soon as I find a better one I want to spend my money on.

Thats my problem on everything. I also screw up twice every morning. I wake up and I'm breathing.

Well I decided to try the 14X3. Picked up an Eldelbrock air cleanerfor $29.00 at local AutoZone and a K&N filter, putting it on tommorrow.
