oil i use in my 98 5.9l
i use rotella 15-40 i started using it when i bought the truck it had a bad engine it would knock and rattle at 2 1/2 grand rpm on 10 w 30 every one told me it wouldnt last 6 weeks on 4 quarts rotella 15-40 and one quart lucas that engine lasted six months and at the end i tried to blow it up i had another engine in the bed and a 18ft trailer and a jd 1010 tractor and rattled all the way home and couldnt get it to blow rotella that is the way i go holds 70psi oil pressure goin down the road a hair over 40 at idle 150,000 on the new motor 241000 on the truck
