Default lift kits

I have a 2001 dodge ram, already lifted 3" and 3" body lift and i wanna get a bigger suspension lift kit and was wondering what the biggest one was, and what i have to change.

Someone also told me to change the back leafspring to spring? so i dont have to put like 6" block under the leafspring, is that true

well the bigger you go the more you will have to modify your truck if you want to go much bigger than a 5 inch suspension youll have to extend steering, brakes, and fuel lines, and you'll have to get a transfer case drop kit and brakets to drop your pitman arm because alot of places wont allign your weels with out it

I have 8" in my suspension and the 5" drop pitman works fine as does the stock located transfer case.

I'd go 7" Skyjacker with the 3" BL if you want big. If you want big but still not huge I'd look into a 5" or 5.5" kit with the 3" body lift. Thats the setup I'd really like to be running.

whiplash makes a 10 inch lift for the 94-01 ram.. just the front box though... 14 inch lifts for 02-05 rams
